Design

Our design process looks like an initial meeting between you and Kai to discuss your desired style, timeline, and budget. We use your criteria to establish a project proposal. The proposal includes design prints, material samples, and an estimate.

We look at your project holistically—coordinating with electrical, plumbing, contractors, etc. to bring you an organized vision.

Build + Finish

Our build and finish processes are scheduled on the calendar when the design is finalized and you approve every detail. We build your project with care for each sanded face, grain-matched piece, and installation of smooth hardware that glides open and closed for years to come. We ensure the finish is applied with precision by an expert. And we keep in contact with you throughout the build process so you know exactly in which stage your project is.

Install

Our install process involves bringing cabinets, laying cases out in each room, and coordinating with the other trades on the schedule. We take extra care to bring tools in carefully, keep finishes pristine, and clean when we leave.

Our Process

We guide you through each step of the process with clear communication. We will talk through the anticipated timeline, design, budget, and all details before beginning your project so that you know what to expect.

**After the signed contract and 50% down are received, your project is added to our project calendar. The build process begins according to the calendar.

  • Contact us for your initial consultation. We look forward to hearing about your project!

  • Based on our consultation, we will develop an estimate and design documents in line with your project. When you accept the estimate and design, we move forward with our contract, receive 50% down, place your project on the calendar, and begin the build in our shop.

  • It happens all the time! A client will realize they would like to add an extra cabinet here or make a change there before we get started with the build. No problem! We stay in communication with you throughout the project to ensure you get exactly the product you want.

  • We order your materials, build your project, and send it to the spray booth for the smooth finish to be applied. Sounds simple, right? That’s because we aim to keep this as simple as possible.

  • Installation begins! We schedule with you to make sure everything is prepared for our install team. We will show up in our delivery box truck full of cabinets, doors, and the tools we need to do the job.

    Depending on your project, the installation process will take varying amounts of time. We always communicate with you or your contractor to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.

  • Enjoy your new kitchen, bathroom vanity, or custom couch! We love to satisfy our customers. On the final day, we snap a few photos of our work and let you get to know your new space.
